Although, many think they Reiki should not be practiced by women in late pregnancy stages because they think the energy will cause premature baby, mothers can pause Reiki during the late stages. According to some practitioners, if Reiki is given to the pregnant mother, it extends beyond the mother, and to the child in the womb.
