There is enormous power of sound and this is proved by Reiki. We can involve sound in many of our Reiki treatment because it carries energy and waves which are same as that used in healing by Reiki. It means that Reiki can be improved using the sound waves.
It enables the energy to flow deep and strongly through the body and create a new level of consciousness in the person. There have been reports of highly positive energies emanating in persons where sound therapy has also been used. The power of sound and Reiki has been seen to cause deeper levels of meditation and spiritual awareness. We can experience better and different levels of spiritual awareness by humming the sounds. It comes more openly with karuna Reiki which provides even better healing.
Enchanting with Reiki takes persons to newer and higher levels and he or she is able to feel the power of love. These are some of the new techniques which can be used for more research and creating different types of person specific Reiki techniques. You can take some time initially to relax your body before proceeding for Reiki. It helps to energise and improve concentration for performing Reiki. You get prepared and emotionally stable and focussed for energy healing. It will lead to healing meditation and make receptive for Reiki healing. Your mind will allow you to accept Reiki and thus, it will in an enhanced way. You will feel in a mentally relaxed state of existence.
Take a break and chant a short melody which you really like and appreciate. The better way to do this is to chant slowly, in a low voice and gently. It can also be like whispering which will help your client more compatible. Try and do it softly so that the client is easy and relaxed to appreciate it. It must appeal to the client and he or she should be able to make it work in direction of meditation.
The client can even go into a light sleep and this will tone him or her for more power because this will be a state of mind which will have him in clear thoughts and judgement. As he is already prepared mentally for receiving Reiki, a light and short nap will make him even more acceptable towards Reiki. You can continue to whisper in the ears even during the client is in light sleep for short time. This way the client will be best prepared for the session.
