For sending Reiki to others, it is given at different levels of one’s existence. Initially it is given to the physical being of the client. For this, the practitioner needs to imagine that Reiki is entering the crown chakra of the client. Then it moves slowly and covers the body gently like and engulfs each and every part of the body.

Healing through distant energy field has proved to be highly effective and people sitting at far and distant places have reported healing just in the way as near the practitioner. They have told of effects like the body bathed in the power of universal energy. Then imagine that the energy is radiating out of the body, creating a light around the body. The person will glow in the light of the radiation and this layer is performed.

Once done, send Reiki to the emotional state of the person. Think and imagine that the person’s mind is filled up with positivity of joy, peace, love and satisfaction. Concentrate on their overall well-being and saturation or satisfaction. Imagine that the glow is now moving on to their emotional level.

Then send Reiki to their mental level. Intend their feeling and thoughts to be calm, without any confusion. Imagine that their thoughts are clear, flow properly and they are finding answers to their problems easily. Intend that they are solving their jinxes or perplexing problems effortlessly. All that is troubling them is getting out of their system.

After this, send Reiki to their spiritual being. Imagine that universe working for them and the Reiki energy is creating an irreversibly great life for them. Imagine and intend that everything is going to be perfect for them forever in life and beyond life. The practitioner will imagine the person going to higher realms of existence and consciousness. They will be guided by the higher intelligence so that they are liberated and able to have a beautiful existence. They will be connected to the divine and there will be an infinite and everlasting happiness all over. They will be filled up with spiritual energy which will extend to all levels of existence.

As a practitioner, you can also find their worries, stigma or deep-seated problems in their consciousness and remove them with gentle supply of the eternal energy but you should ready them for receiving the universal energy. Then make them rest and end the procedure with gratitude for the gift of Reiki.
